Since our founding in 1996, we have shepherded strategic projects for some of the highest profile companies in numerous regulated and mission critical industries. Our very first project involved a critical shutdown/facility upgrade across three buildings, executed against a critical schedule so life-saving product inventory was maintained. Philosophically and practically, we believe that quality, cost, and schedule can be mutually reinforcing – trade-offs are not necessary.
